What we collect
When you request a quote or make a payment, we collect the details you give us — your name, email address, phone number, project details and payment references — so we can respond to your enquiry and deliver your project.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The pixel records actions on this site — such as page views, quote requests, contact clicks and purchases — and reports them to Meta so we can measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors use the site. The pixel may set cookies and collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Data collected through the Meta Pixel is shared with Meta and processed according to Meta's Data Policy (https://www.facebook.com/policy.php). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and opt-outs
In regions where advertising consent is required, the Meta Pixel is not loaded at all. You can also opt out of Meta's use of your activity for advertising at any time through your Facebook ad preferences (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences) or by using a browser that blocks third-party trackers. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stitch. Your bank details are entered on Stitch's secure payment page and never touch our servers; we receive only a payment confirmation.
